- 50 gram kacang tolo yg sdh di rendam 6 jam.

Langkah-langkah Brongkos
- Daging di potong dadu rebus 1/2 matang (kalo ibuk di tambahin bawang putih cincang, karena ibuk gak pernah pake MSG atau ro*co/penyedap. Ibuk selalu memakai air kaldu daging tiap kali memasak).
- Haluskan semua bumbu halus, lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
- Setelah harum, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas yang sudah di geprek, sereh yang sudah di geprek, cabe rawit utuh, telur serta labu siam dan telur rebus (jika suka).
- Masukkan potongan daging, tahu yang sudah di goreng dan air kaldu 250 cc hingga menyusut. Masukkan garam. Jika air sudah menyusut dan daging benar² empuk, masukkan santan cair. Masak hingga sedikit menyusut dan matang.
- Sajikan bersama lontong atau ketupat. #Akan lebih sedap jika di tambah pete.
