- Minyak utk menumis.
- Bumbu Halus:.
- 4 siung bawang putih(ukuran besar).
- 5 siung bawang merah(ukuran besar).
- 1 1/2 ruas kencur.
- 2 btr kemiri.
- 3 btr kluwak.

- Lalu masukkan santan,tahu,kulit mlinjo,kacang tolo,lada,ketumbar,kaldu bubuk,garam,gula,aduk2 rata sampai mendidih,setelahnya tuang ke dlm air rebusan tetelan aduk2 rata diamkan sampai meresap matang,masukkan cabe rawit utuh masak sekitar 30mnt bisa lbh sampai meresap test rasa jika sdh pas angkat..
